The Mamiya RZ67, introduced in 1982, was the professional evolution of the RB67 with electronic automation and a new lens system. Its 6×7 format, bellows focusing, and revolving back carried forward, while the new Sekor Z lenses — especially the 110mm f/2.8 — set new standards for medium-format sharpness. The RZ67 system dominated high-end portrait and fashion photography studios throughout the 1980s and 1990s.
RetroCam recreates this look using real optical data: color temperature curves, aberration profiles, grain structure, and tonal response. The result is a live camera effect that feels authentic, not just a filter slapped on top.
Each effect is calibrated to match the real optical and chemical characteristics of the Mamiya RZ67.
