Minox B8×11mm Subminiature Spy Camera

Introduced in 1958 by Minox GmbH, the Minox B was the definitive subminiature spy camera, using tiny 8×11mm film to capture surprisingly detailed images from a camera smaller than a cigarette lighter. Its Complan 15mm f/3.5 lens was a marvel of miniaturization, and the camera became synonymous with Cold War espionage. Both the CIA and KGB used Minox cameras for document copying and covert surveillance.

RetroCam recreates this look using real optical data: color temperature curves, aberration profiles, grain structure, and tonal response. The result is a live camera effect that feels authentic, not just a filter slapped on top.
