The Lomography Fisheye camera, introduced around 2006, features a 170-degree ultra-wide-angle lens that captures the world in a dramatic circular frame. Shooting on standard 35mm film, it produces wildly distorted images with extreme barrel curvature and heavy vignetting. The Fisheye became one of Lomography's most popular cameras, embraced for its ability to transform any scene into a surreal, bubble-like perspective.
RetroCam recreates this look using real optical data: color temperature curves, aberration profiles, grain structure, and tonal response. The result is a live camera effect that feels authentic, not just a filter slapped on top.
Each effect is calibrated to match the real optical and chemical characteristics of the Lomo Fisheye.
