Impossible I-1Analog Instant, i-Type Film

The Impossible I-1, released in 2016, was the first new instant camera from The Impossible Project (now Polaroid) — the company that saved Polaroid's instant film from extinction. Its ring flash, Bluetooth app control, and redesigned optics brought modern features to the classic instant format. The I-1 represented the rebirth of analog instant photography as a creative medium for a new generation.

RetroCam recreates this look using real optical data: color temperature curves, aberration profiles, grain structure, and tonal response. The result is a live camera effect that feels authentic, not just a filter slapped on top.
