About the Fuji X100

The Fuji X100, introduced in 2011, was a retro-styled digital camera with an APS-C sensor, a fixed Fujinon 23mm f/2 lens, and a unique hybrid optical/electronic viewfinder. It introduced Fujifilm's beloved film simulation modes, including Classic Chrome, which digitally recreated the look of classic Fuji film stocks. The X100 launched one of the most successful camera series in history and kicked off the retro-digital camera trend.

RetroCam recreates this look using real optical data: color temperature curves, aberration profiles, grain structure, and tonal response. The result is a live camera effect that feels authentic, not just a filter slapped on top.
