CineStill 800T35mm, Tungsten Cinema Stock

CineStill 800T, introduced in 2012, is Kodak Vision3 500T motion picture film stock with the remjet anti-halation layer removed, allowing processing in standard C-41 chemistry. This removal creates the film's signature red halation glow around highlights — particularly striking under tungsten and neon lighting. CineStill 800T has become the cult film for nighttime street photography and any situation where its warm, cinematic rendering and distinctive halation create a mood that no digital filter can replicate.

RetroCam recreates this look using real optical data: color temperature curves, aberration profiles, grain structure, and tonal response. The result is a live camera effect that feels authentic, not just a filter slapped on top.
