Huawei P30 Pro40MP, f/1.6, RYYB Sensor, Leica

The Huawei P30 Pro, released in 2019, featured a revolutionary 40-megapixel RYYB sensor co-developed with Leica that replaced green pixels with yellow ones for up to 40% more light intake. Its 5x optical periscope zoom and extraordinary low-light performance set new benchmarks for smartphone photography. The P30 Pro demonstrated that mobile camera innovation could come from sensor-level engineering, not just computational processing.

RetroCam recreates this look using real optical data: color temperature curves, aberration profiles, grain structure, and tonal response. The result is a live camera effect that feels authentic, not just a filter slapped on top.
